CAROL NARCISSE

Carol has had an extensive and successful career in fields related to human, social, and organisational development. She holds a Master of Arts degree in Education from Columbia University, New York and has served in leadership and consulting roles, providing services in research, strategic planning, project management, leadership development and training to agencies of the United Nations and other international development partners in Jamaica; to agencies of the Government of Jamaica and other countries in the Caribbean and to the private and not-for-profit sectors.
